Operating environment
- Install in clean, dust-free and insect-free places.
- Operating temperature: -25 ~ 75°C (-13 ~ 167°F).
- Humidity range is 10% to 95% (non-condensing), Use the device in a dry environment.
- Away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
- It must not be exposed to acid fumes, salts and other chemicals.
- Device not to be used in places where risk of gas explosion is there.
Use in inappropriate conditions may damage the device or shorten its life cycle.
Electrical and power supply safety
- The device is powered with voltage range of 8-36V DC, voltage up to 24V DC is considered safe. Be careful especially while supplying higher voltages to power on device.
- The device has an ability to control the output with the main voltage of 230V AC. In such cases, it is especially necessary to observe the safety rules and must follow it during installation.
- Use the supplied power adapter or a good quality certified power adapter with the correct supply voltage range and sufficient power ratings as mentioned in datasheet.
- Use only approved accessories suggested by manufacturer.
Make sure to install device by a person with sufficient and appropriate knowledge.
Malfunctioning and damaged device
- Do not disassemble the device in any case, one must contact the manufacturer/supplier in such case.
Unauthorized disassembly can break or crack device parts and also it can lead to void warranty of product. - Only trained and sufficient qualified personal must service or repair the device or its accessories, that too with manufacturer/supplier's permission.
- If any occurrence of having water/liquid goes into the device or if it got mechanically damaged, in any condition make sure to don't power it up.
In such case immediately contact to authorized support team/service center.
For any critical emergency you can contact manufacturer/supplier.
Radio frequency exposure
- This device has been designed and manufactured not to exceed radio frequency energy emission limits set by regulatory agencies.
- To comply with RF exposure guidelines, the device must be used at least 20 cm away from a person's body.
Failure to follow these instructions may result in exceeding the applicable RF exposure limits. This only applies to models with a built-in LTE modem.
Do's & Don'ts
- You are solely responsible for the use of the device and any consequences of its any use case.
- Do not store or use the device in harsh environments such as dust, gases, oils, chemical vapors and damp places.
- Do not throw the device and its accessories anywhere in environment, Handle it with care.
- If any need to dispose the device, check your local regulations for recycling and disposal of electronics and must follow the same.
- The device heats up during operation, Hence, ensure proper ventilation to device.
- Route power, Ethernet, and antenna cables properly so that they cannot be accidentally pulled out.
- The device should be used and kept away from small children.
